But, we do have other news....
We have a contract on a new(er) house! And the best part is that it's one street over and seven houses down.... at 7 Trellis Gate.
So 6 Ivy Garden will go on the market this Monday. It's been a crazy weekend between leaving for Hawaii soon and getting the house ready to show, but very exciting as well.
Hopefully, by mid-July we'll be moving in, although we really would like to make sure that we have our house sold. No one likes two mortgages. So the next two months will be very eventful!

YEAH!! I am glad you found a house in the neighborhood!! Sorry we never made a time for you to look at mine, but I am pretty sure we are staying put...for now anyway. I know you really wanted to stay in the hood...and we would have missed you if you had left!! YEAH!! Your house will sell quickly....they all seem to be flying in here!! Congrats!
